Dear Parents,
I write this letter to inform you of some surprising news. Our Director, Mrs. Tracy Kelly, will be moving to Tennessee in the next month. Her husband, Ryan is being transferred with Ford Motor Company. We want to wish her many joys and blessings with this move. We are happy for her family and sadden by losing such a valuable and key individual to our organization.
In completing two years of service to Building Blocks Preschool Daycare Center, Inc. and another 11 years to this center, Mrs. Tracy Kelly leaves a number of accomplishments to mark her time at Building Blocks Preschool; we honor Tracy on the achievements that occurred on her watch.
Maintained a no incident record with State Licensing
Maintained all every day aspects of the center
Successful ownership change (3 times) and maintained Staff and Families thru the process
Developed stronger working guidelines to offer higher quality care and education
Is a teacher and director who touched hundreds of families in Milford, Highland, White Lake and Fenton.
As a dedicated educator has been instrumental in the drive for quality childcare and preschool for this center.
Improved communication with parents
Implemented Center Goal of improvement of nutritional meals served at the center
Maintained all required certification thru the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality’s Waterworks Certification
We would like to thank you, our families, for your continued trust and confidence with Building Blocks Preschool. With this news we have been actively pursuing a new Director for our School. We are committed to finding a qualified candidate who will continue with our mission and our goals. Our plan is to have Tracy’s replacement in place as soon as possible. We will inform you when that occurs. With our dedicated team of teachers in place we know that this transition will run smoothly and you and your child needs will continue to be met on a daily basis.
As always, we are here for you and your child. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
Warmest regards,
Suzanne M. Gabli
